35 yrs old gentleman came with pelvis and bladder injuries following an accident occurred 6 months back. He underwent life saving procedures with bladder repair at that time. Pelvi-Acetabular fracture was managed conservatively. Now after 6 months patient was bedridden and having hip pain and right limb shortening. His xray showed posterior column discontinuity with hip joint showing arthritic changes. So he planned for posterior column stabilization with uncemented hip replacement surgery and pubis diastasis was found stable. Now patient is comfortable in bed mobilization allowed. These complex cases required meticulous surgical planning for good outcomes.
