47 yrs old lady came with multiple fractures and head injury following an accident. She sustained both wrist joint fractures and complex Acetabular hip fracture with dislocated hip joint. After making the patient hemodynamically stable she underwent stage wise fixation of all fractures. Hip joint stabilized with dual column plating and wrist fractures were also fixed with plates. Now patient is stable, pain free and in bed mobilization started. These complex polytrauma patients should be managed with proper planning and care. We routinely managed these cases with great results.
